An evening of miraculous music from the stupendous saxophonist and most cultivated composer, Mr. Tim Hill, joined by Lost Voices pianist, Jonathan Raisin, and the entire Wizards of Twiddly rhythm section; Carl Bowry – guitar, Andy Frizell – bass, Andy Delamere – drums…
This should be another night of variety and delight featuring solos, duos, and (with any luck!) spontaneous collaborations including some very ‘loopy’ solo guitar from maestro Carlo (last seen being extremely nimble with the Philharmonic’s 10:10 ensemble), a bit of piano and saxophone from Jonathan and Tim, and a full band set including a welcome reprise of Tim’s ‘Lamplighter Suite’ last heard at the Halloween Lantern Show in Sefton Park. (If you listen very carefully you can still hear it echoing over the lake!).
