Following last month’s fabulous start to our new year (Rebecca Sharp, Jonathan Aasgaard, Stephen Grew), here comes another night of musical magic at View Two Gallery.
Mojo Storm
Kevin Paton – vocals, guitar
Phil Hargreaves – sax, flute
‘Kevin Paton and Phil Hargreaves side step Mojo Storm’s larger line up to play as a duet. Kevin’s guitar weaves around deeply considered, evocative lyrics. Rhythms sometimes lilting sometimes fiery create a magical ambience with Phil’s sax and flute prickling the hairs on the back of the neck.’
Michael Cretu
Michael Cretu – double bass
Matt Nickson – saxophone
Some original, Romanian jazz inflected tunes from double bass virtuoso, Michael, together with the brilliant Manchester saxophonist, Matt Nickson.

A first Lost Voices outing for this wonderful duo. Here’s what everyone else says about them…‘subtle yet hard-hitting’…‘rather lovely’…‘intricate melodies with amazing vocals’… ‘like Peter Gabriel and Steve Reich having an acoustic jam’.
